Celeste Kling and Nancy Wallce have been assisting individuals with legal issues since the early 1980’s. We have been in practice together since 1992. Our practice areas include family law, estate planning, elder law, mediation, children’s advocacy, probate, and social security matters. In addition to our extensive experience in these areas, we offer a cooperative, team approach to legal problem-solving with our clients. The attorneys and staff at Wallace & Kling, P.C. are committed to helping clients find solutions which best fit their individual circumstances.

No matter what the issue, at Wallace & Kling, P.C., client education is the first step. We help our clients to achieve reasonable expectations and an understanding of the rules, which frequently reduces the stress of resolving a legal matter and allows clients to focus their energies on achieving positive results.

We have found that the best results are often achieved by informed, proactive efforts by a client or by cooperative problem-solving outside of court. Simple, cost-effective solutions are frequently most satisfactory, and we are pleased to assist our clients in finding them, when appropriate. This website discusses many, but not all, areas of focus in our practice; links are available on the menu at the left.  The colorful designs on our site are photographs of molas handmade by the Cuna Indians from the San Blas Islands of Panama; many of these molas hang in our office.
